Commercial real estate broker Garrett Smith uses his tireless work ethic and enthusiasm to ensure his clients receive the best return on their investment. Garrett joined the industry in June 2023 as a research associate, from which he gained a strong foundation of commercial real estate fundamentals. He also developed a keen understanding of the Omaha market, which he uses to best serve his clients and the community. This experience is crucial to his commitment to providing best-in-class brokerage consultations in leasing, buying, selling, and investing. Hailing from Blair, Nebraska, Garrett grew up around real estate and began to learn the industry from helping his father flip single-family homes at an early age. This experience gave him a hands-on understanding and insight into the real estate market. He is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Business, where he majored in management and minored in marketing, which continues to benefit multiple aspects of his real estate practice.
