Garrett Mahaney
A twelve year commercial real estate professional specializing in property management, landlord representation, site selection, retail and mixed-use development, and raising equity for commercial development; Garrett has experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. Garrett graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. He quickly entered the workforce by establishing a mortgage company with his brother. In 2004, Garrett transitioned into commercial real estate when he joined Leinbach Company, where he specialized in commercial financing, new construction, brokerage, property management, raising capital and acquisitions. Garrett branched off in 2009, and created his own real estate company, GM Property Services. In 2011 formed One Property Management which currently manages over 600,000 sq. ft. In just under four years, Garrett has been involved in over $150 Million in projects locally, assisting in financing, acquisitions, asset management, raising capital, new construction, leasing and management.
