Garrett Laurie

Garrett Laurie joined Southpace Properties in October 2022. Specializing in retail tenant representation, site selection, and dispositions, he brings valuable expertise to his role. An active member of industry organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and the Alabama CCIM Chapter, Garrett stays at the forefront of market trends and builds meaningful connections on both a global and local scale. He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation to further strengthen his commercial real estate expertise. A Montgomery native, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he developed a strong foundation for his career and a robust professional network. Beyond work, Garrett is an active member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham, a nonprofit supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Alabama. He enjoys traveling, hunting, and playing golf with friends. He and his wife, Laura, reside in Homewood with their goldendoodle, Curtis.
