Garrett Jones currently serves as a Business Development Associate for Stream’s Atlanta Industrial team. Garrett’s primary focus is sourcing and executing lease, purchase, sale, and development opportunities in the I-20 West/Fulton Industrial Blvd submarket of Atlanta. Other responsibilities of Garrett’s include conducting market research and analyzing trends, underwriting assets, and collaborating on deals with Stream’s transaction personnel. Before joining Stream full time, Garrett completed Stream’s Summer Analyst program in Atlanta. Garrett attended the University of Georgia where he majored in Finance. During his time as an undergraduate, Garrett played all four years for UGA’s varsity football team as a running-back, which included winning the 2021 National Championship.
