Garrett Fugate

Garrett was born and raised in Kansas City. He attended Blue Valley Northwest High School where he excelled at football, basketball, and track. Garrett then went on to play football at the University of Central Missouri where he was an All-American Quarterback along with getting an entrepreneurship degree and minor in finance. After college Garrett went on to play football professionally in the Canadian Football League for the Montreal Alouettes and then for the New York Guardians in the XFL. Garrett has been with Christie Development for four years. Garrett is involved in acquisitions, leasing, entitlements, and development. Garrett has been involved in over $50million worth of deals in his time at Christie Development. He is also an active member of ICSC. Garrett is married to his wife Madison and a new father to their son Riggs. In Garrett’s free time he helps coach local quarterbacks, enjoys the outdoors, going to sporting events and concerts, golfing, and anything active.
