Garrett Fruchtman

Mr. Fruchtman began his career as law clerk to The Honorable Eugene H. Austin, J.S.C. During his tenure as Judge Austin's law clerk he assisted the Judge in drafting opinions on complex criminal issues. In addition, Mr. Fruchtman familiarized himself with the inner workings of the court system, often acting as liaison between Judge Austin and other members of the judiciary, defense attorneys and assistant prosecutors. Following his clerkship, Mr. Fruchtman was hand-picked by the Saluti Law Group to join the firm and take on the immediate responsibilities associated with an over burdened criminal practice. As such, Mr. Fruchtman has experience in both state and municipal court in New Jersey and New York.
