Garret began his real estate career in 2002 at another local commercial real estate firm and then joined the Retail Properties team at Colliers International, Bakersfield in May of 2014. His primary focus is tenant representation and investment sales in the central valley trade area. He exclusively represents Mc Donald's, Panda Express, Mister Carwash, 99 Cents Only Stores, Inc., Sherwin Williams and franchisee for Denny's, Chevron and 7-11. Garret brings over twelve years of real estate experience and holds a certified leasing specialist designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a graduate from California State University Bakersfield with a degree in Business Finance.
