Garima Verma is a top luxury real estate broker-owner of Luxian International Realty, New Jersey. Garima Verma's path to real estate has been an organic process and extension of her personality. She was born and raised in India and finished her early education and Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from NIFT, India. She has been a working professional since 2007 and has earned her Master’s in Marketing from LIM College, New York. She started her career as a Fashion Designer and gained experience in different aspects of Fashion Business both nationally and internationally. After graduating from LIM College, Garima pursued a short span in a digital marketing firm headquartered in Prague before venturing into real estate. While she loved fashion and marketing, she quickly realized that her interpersonal skills along with her marketing and sales skills combined with fashion/aesthetic sense would be well used in her venture. Being in the real estate business for almost five years, Garima has not only grown her business in the real estate industry but has also gained extensive knowledge, trust, and appreciation of her clients. Having worked with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors, Garima has built a successful business and became the top producing agent in the previous firm before joining Luxian.
