Gardenia Buendia

Gardenia Buendia joined York Properties in 2016 and is actively involved in the commercial real estate community, where she enjoys building relationships and connecting with new clients. She brings a strong client-focused approach to her work and frequently utilizes her Spanish language skills to better serve a diverse client base. Gardenia holds an active North Carolina real estate broker license and serves as a board member for Neighbor to Neighbor. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish Literature from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, Gardenia enjoys traveling, cooking, and decorating her home. Her ideal Saturday in the Triangle starts with a morning walk at the North Carolina Museum of Art, followed by sharing a homemade Mexican meal with friends and family, and ends at home enjoying wine while listening to favorite vinyl records.
