Gantt Howell

Gantt's real estate experience includes brokerage, development, design and entitlement of numerous development projects in the greater Charlotte MSA. He has a passion for real estate that started with personally owning and investing in income producing properties which led him to land development. His role at MECA as Senior Land Advisor allows him to share with his clients the experience he has gained firsthand as an investor and developer as well as that of a broker. Gantt takes pride in building and cultivating relationships and calls many of the region’s largest landowners, developers and builders his client. Gantt is a member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, Urban Land Institute and is licensed in North and South Carolina. He is a multiple time winner of the CRCBR Circle of Excellence/Deal Maker Silver Award and the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction Award.
