Ganon Rich has been advising office occupiers for over 25 years. As Executive Vice President of Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions, Ganon‘s primary focus is the representation of mid-size commercial office tenants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area – with a specialty in the representation of trade associations and nonprofit organizations. In 1997 Ganon began his career in real estate consultancy at Savills, Inc. before joining West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors (“WLS”) in 1999. Over his 23-year career with WLS, he rose to Principal/Owner through hard work and dedication to clients. Ganon has completed transactions totaling over five million square feet and has been recognized in a number of publications as a rising star, top producer, top 30 under 30 and top 40 under 40 and numerous other honors. Throughout his career, Ganon has always put his clients’ interests above all else. His thoughtful, creative, and strategic approach to real estate consultancy has made him a leader amongst his peers in the industry.
