Gannon Roth

Gannon entered the Denver commercial real estate industry in 2005 immediately following his graduation from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management. Gannon is a Colorado native raised in a commercial real estate household with his father a well-know veteran commercial broker and his mother the owner of one of Denver’s largest commercial property maintenance and janitorial companies. He is honored to have been recognized for and awarded several "Top Producers" awards from his brokerage firms as well as multiple "Power Broker" designations from CoStar. In just the 2nd year of his career in 2007, DMCAR awarded him the #8 "Young Broker of Denver" and in subsequent years both a top 5 and multiple top 10 "Retail Broker" designations. Gannon has authored multiple articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and Western Real Estate Business and has been interviewed by Channel 7 Nightly News as a real estate expert in his field. He has been hired multiple times as an expert consultant for lenders and business owners, and has been hired to speak to city councils to help guide future city real estate regulations. Areas of Expertise: Investment and user-owner sale transactions as well as lease negotiations representing both Tenants and Landlords with a focus on land, retail, restaurant, industrial, and automotive properties. Gannon has represented some of the largest companies in their real estate transactions such as Meineke, Starbucks, McDonald’s and 7-Eleven, as well as all levels of local and regional buyers/seller, business owners, landlords, and developers. Gannon brings a life-long knowledge of the Denver metro area, significant negotiation and marketing training/education, and 20+ years of experience in the industry to every transaction.
