Gabriel Staab

Gabriel Staab is an Associate with Newmark in New York, where he specializes in landlord and tenant representation. Staab has represented such prominent landlords as The Brodsky Organization, HUBB NYC, Tishman Speyer, CIM Group, Rudin Management, Vornado Realty Trust, and SL Green Realty Corp. Staab has assisted many prominent retailers expand their footprint throughout New York City including Irving Farm and Chilewich. He successfully negotiated a 3,400-SF lease at Tishman Speyer’s Downtown Brooklyn development, 11 Hoyt Street, on behalf of VHG Group, the parent company to rapidly expanding preschools with a bilingual curriculum. Staab joined Newmark in 2021 after a successful career at Winick Realty Group, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm.
