Gabe Schuchman

Gabe’s area of expertise includes the leasing out of new developments and freestanding retail buildings, sale leasebacks and land acquisition and disposition. Gabe has nearly 17 years retail real estate experience. Previously with LaKritz-Weber & Company, in 2011 Gabe became one of the founding members and Principals of Mid-America Real Estate Michigan, Inc. Gabe is also Founder and Managing Director of Alrig USA, which owns and manages several million square feet of office and medical buildings, and develops over 60 retail properties a year. Gabe is a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Executive Board Member and Treasurer of Hillel Day School of Metro Detroit and Board Member of the University of Michigan Endowment Campaign. Gabe resides in Bloomfield Township with his wife, Kara, and three sons, Aaron, Moses and Mayer. Gabe’s client’s include Aspen Dental, MedPost Urgent Care, AT&T, Wahlburgers, Ladder Capital, First Holding Management Company, Grand Sakwa and Kimco Realty.
