Gabe Lamontagne
Gabe Lamontagne serves as the Asset Manager for Onicx Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial healthcare and other properties in Florida and the U.S. He’s responsible for optimizing asset performance, maintaining high operational standards, and maximizing returns. Gabe develops annual strategic asset management plans and budgets, closely monitoring their execution and providing regular reports to the COO. He collaborates with property managers to implement leasing strategies and oversee capital programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals. With a focus on transparency, Gabe prepares monthly operating reports for executive management and manages investor communications through the company’s portal. He also plays a key role in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing, evaluating opportunities and facilitating transactions. Prior to joining Onicx, Gabe worked as an Analyst for Citigroup within the Equity & Fixed income Prime Brokerage division. Gabe was responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions for a handful of the firm’s hedge fund clients, facilitating smooth trade execution, and overseeing various operational aspects of the prime brokerage relationship. Gabe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.
