G. Keith Shamblin Jr.

Prior to joining Shannon Waltchack, Keith spent several years working as a retail real estate consultant helping to identify site selection for retailers and restaurants across the country. These initial years were formative in gaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate in a range of diverse markets. Today, Keith’s main focus is on tenant and landlord representation in the retail sector. Keith completed his undergraduate work at the University of Alabama in 2017 with a major in Consumer Sciences and a minor in Advertising. When Keith is not at work, he can often be found in the woods, or watching football.
