Since 1981, Fritz has been involved with all aspects of industrial real estate including sales, leasing, consulting, and development. Fritz began his career at CTMT, formally F.C. Tucker Co. Inc. Prior to rejoining CTMT in 2000, Fritz was a principal with Olympia Partners, and was a partner with Citimark Development Company.
