Frederick Rupp

Frederick Rupp joined White Oak Commercial Real Estate in January 2023. He specializes in advising buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the leasing and acquisition of retail, industrial, and office assets. A native of Lexington, KY, Frederick graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Upon graduating, Frederick spent three years working for UK Athletics as a Development Coordinator in the K Fund. Here, he had the privilege to connect and collaborate with a diverse group of donors, season ticket holders, and industry professionals. Frederick is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching all-things Kentucky and the New York Yankees. He enjoys time with family, friends, and being outside, especially on the golf course. Frederick also coaches middle school basketball at Lexington Christian Academy.
