Frederick Roseman

Frederick Roseman is a founding member of Carderock Investments and its affiliated entity Carderock Builder Capital. At Carderock Mr. Roseman focuses on identifying new investment opportunities and financial underwriting. Prior to founding Carderock Mr. Roseman was a practicing attorney with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Roseman received his undergraduate degree in political science from Colgate University and his juris doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School. He is a member of the bars in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
