My real estate journey began in 2005 when I began exploring flipping houses. I then became a NYS licensed Home Inspector to further my knowledge with house flipping and rehabbing. After many bumps on the road and a housing crash, I was able to take on many projects with the help of investors. The housing bubble landed me working as a subcontractor with many banks, insurance companies, and public adjusters as I began performing property preservation work & routine inspections. It was with my interaction on the field and speaking with many homeowners who had many question relating to home ownership and asking for real estate recommendations that I realized I could better help in actually becoming a real estate agent. My experience on the field and vast construction knowledge, as well as being a homeowner has brought me to my current position. I will not just open doors but explain everything behind them.
