Fred Sheats

Mr. Sheats grew up in Atlanta, and received business degrees from University of Georgia (Finance) and Georgia State University (Accounting). Before entering the real estate business in August, 1986, he gained business experience in corporate finance, banking, public accounting, and consulting. For three years he worked for KPMG Peat Marwick as a consultant with a concentration on financial institutions. He is currently a Senior Vice President having been made a Principal of the Atlanta Office in 1995. Mr. Sheats served as a Board Member from 2000 to 2002.
