Fred Mobley

Fred Mobley, Asset Manager and Finance Director has been a part of our team for 4 years. He is responsible for evaluating the ongoing performance of each property in the portfolio and conducts viability and restructure analysis for new properties before bringing them into the portfolio. He also manages the accounting department. As a 24 year veteran of the banking and financial services industry, he brings a vast array of experience and knowledge to the team. Fred started his banking career with the Farm Credit System. After 10 years of service he left to join Bank of the Rio Grande, N.A., where he was the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. During his tenure he extended and managed numerous residential real estate development projects, commercial building developments projects as well as million-dollar C&I loans. Fred is a dual graduate of New Mexico State University and holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in operations management. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
