Fred Encinas

Fred’s interest in Real Estate started when he purchased his first piece of land at the age of sixteen. This eventually led him to obtaining his real estate license where he sold land in the Victor Valley area during his college years. With over 45 years in the retail real estate both at the corporate and brokerage levels, Fred has worked with some of the industry’s top companies with positions ranging from Real Estate Representative to his current position as Broker/Owner of his own Commercial Real Estate company. Fred’s corporate career in retail real estate began as a Facility Engineering Assistant for Market Basket, a Division of the Kroger Company. Since then, his hard work led him to positions with Chief Auto Parts, Round Table Pizza, McDonalds, In-N-Out Burger, and EZ Lube as well as Sr. Vice President at NAI Capital, Inc. Fred is currently the Broker /Owner of Oaks Commercial Real Estate. Fred has represented many retail food clients in Southern California and is expanding his client base throughout the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets.
