Fraser Crewe

Fraser joined the firm as a Director in 1997 after a brief period as a sole practitioner, bringing extensive knowledge of the commercial property market in North Wales, in particular. Having studied at Sheffield, Fraser subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and is also a Registered Valuer. His main area of specialism is Business Space having acted for many long standing landlord and developer clients in the region. Fraser also undertakes national acquisition work on behalf of a number of key clients including Phoenix Medical and Vittoria Healthcare. He also undertakes valuation and other professional work and has an unparalleled knowledge of local and regional commercial property markets. Fraser is a very keen sportsman, having played rugby to a high standard, he subsequently completed the London Marathon in 2005 and after competing in a number of local triathlons has become a keen cyclist.
