Frankie English

Frankie English joined Texas CR.E.S. in 2014. She specializes in leasing and property management. Her background is in tenant and landlord representation for national and local retail clients assisting with lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, and relocations. She also specializes in working with buyers to locate and purchase properties, as well as working with owners to sell as quickly as possible for the highest profit. She managed multiple banks REO portfolios, consisting of over 150 assets. Property types ranged from retail centers, land, industrial properties, to hotels and apartment complexes, as well as property management for the assets. Frankie’s attention to client needs and her ability to coordinate the real estate transaction has enabled her to initiate and maintain relationships with a great deal of local corporate organizations and decision-makers. She focuses on providing strong market knowledge, extensive research, and analysis experience. This makes it possible to offer her clients full-service representation, whether they are investors, owners, buyers or tenants. Frankie’s approach is to fully understand her client’s needs and provide variable alternatives along with the tools to make an informed real estate decision. Frankie is a fifth-generation native Houstonian, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
