Frank Varon

Frank Varon joined what was then Emerald City Investment & Management in 1999, working closely with the company’s principal in acquisitions, sales, leasing, and management. He ultimately assumed management of the company’s 400,000-square-foot commercial property portfolio, and in 2000, assumed an ownership position in what became Emerald Commercial. He was integral in rapidly expanding the company’s portfolio to 1.4 million square feet of various commercial properties to include retail, office, and mixed-use properties. During this growth period, Frank was also instrumental in securing commercial properties for the formation of several successful real estate syndications. Whether it’s sales or leasing, property management or property accounting, Frank’s unique and customized approach to his clients’ needs is the reason for the longevity of his client base, repeat business with brokerage services, high rate of referrals, and client loyalty for nearly 20 years.
