Frank Rogers is a Manufactured Housing Community specialist in the firm's San Francisco office. As Senior Vice President of Investments, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties in California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon. Frank has been with the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap since 1990 and represents both buyers and sellers. He assists in all phases of the Real Estate transaction including property identification, purchase agreements, due diligence, loan acquisition and closings. Frank has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has closed over 100 investment real estate transactions valued over $750,000,000 during his career. Frank Rogers has achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including a National Achievement Award in 2005 and eight Sales Recognition Awards. Frank is a Senior Director of the National Manufactured Home Communities Group. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California at Berkeley and also holds a real estate license in California. He is married with two children and lives in Mill Valley, CA.
