Frank G. Mares, Jr. is President of Prairie Structures, Inc. He is responsible for Prairie’s real estate holdings and operating activities. Mares provides support to real estate decision makers in a wide variety of initiatives including the acquisition, control and management of properties for future expansion throughout northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin. He is a leader in real estate acquisition, financing and development techniques. He is an experienced project manager, contract administrator and operational auditor. Mares holds degrees in accounting, taxation and law from DePaul University. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
