Frank Greco has more than 20 years of practiced experience in the commercial real estate industry delivering multi-market transaction management services for both acquisitions and dispositions. Frank joined Savills in 2010, and works out of the Rutherford, New Jersey office. As a real estate specialist within the retail, financial services and luxury brand industries, Frank provides expert transaction management, portfolio strategy and optimization, financial analysis, market research, accurate valuation and persuasive negotiation for his clients. As a tenured broker across various business lines, Frank has in depth knowledge of the real estate business. Leveraging his background, Frank is able to provide operational logistics, workplace strategies and detailed market reports to his clients. Utilizing his financial background, he provides his clients with expertly detailed financial analyses that allow his clients to pursue the most efficient and optimal course of action in the transaction Prior to joining Savills, Frank was director of transaction management at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), providing consulting services and performing transactions on a global corporate portfolio. Prior to the merger with CBRE, Frank was senior financial analyst at Trammell Crow Company. Frank began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained valuable experience in valuation and consulting to institutional property owners throughout the United States.
