Over the past 3 ½ years, he led the Franchise & Corporate Business at illy Caffe, the 5th largest coffee company in the world, overseeing all aspects of operations and developing 15+ new locations, including four in major airports (SFO, LAX, Philly, Vancouver). At Sbarro Inc., he transformed the pizza/pasta concept for broader expansion, establishing franchises in 24 countries and various venues such as airports, military bases, universities, hospitals, and more. Frank's expertise spans diverse business models including table service, buffet, drive-thru, catering, and fine dining.
