A few years after graduating from Miami Dade College with a degree in architecture, Costa became the president of Landmade Corp., a full-service appraisal firm he still runs and operates today. His main focus is listing residential and commercial properties in the tri-county area and Upper Keys, with a strong presence in Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and Pinecrest. He also assists clients with rentals and leasing.
