Frank began his career in real estate as a project manager in developing commercial and mixed-use properties. He has experience in the fields of property management, construction management, business development, and marketing. As a licensed agent of the California Bureau of Real Estate, he specializes in seeking hospitality and investment opportunities, commercial leasing, and tenant representation. He continues to maintain a distinctive knowledge of the market and provides his clients with a thorough guidance to help facilitate them through the complex sale process of their properties. Which includes marketing, advertising, and providing comparables. As an entrepreneur himself he understands how important it is to find the right space for a business. With personal experience in leasing multiple commercial and industrial spaces of his own, he is intuitive and acknowledges the needs and concerns of his clients. In his free time, Frank enjoys staying active by running, hiking, bicycling, basketball and visiting Lake Tahoe. He is also a member of the Northern California Commercial Association of REALTORS and is fluent in Cantonese.
