Frank Carriera
As an Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Francesco Carriera specializes in mid to large multifamily asset dispositions for both major private and institutional sellers across the Tampa Bay Area and West Florida. Alongside his business partner Michael Regan, Mr. Carriera co-leads an 11-person team specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Tampa and West Florida markets. Over the last two years, the team closed over 10,857 multifamily units valued nearly $2.1 billion. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Carriera and Mr. Regan formed Carriera Regan in 2010 – a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. In 2018, the team joined CBRE Capital Markets.
