Frank Cannon

Frank joined the Atlanta brokerage team in 2016. He draws on his experience of underwriting complex transactions to provide his clients with strategic solutions, ranging from office relocations to asset dispositions. Frank specializes in healthcare tenant representation, advising a broad range of occupiers including independent physician groups, hospital-affiliated practices, and private equity-backed platforms. His team partners with leadership and capital partners to align real estate strategy with business goals—driving growth, uncovering cost savings, and creating value through smart, data-driven decisions. Frank's team also works extensively in the healthcare investment space, helping clients identify off-market opportunities, evaluate lease structures, and pursue conversions of underutilized assets into medical outpatient buildings. From acquisition to exit, Frank supports clients through the full lifecycle of medical office investment. Prior to joining Colliers, Frank worked for CBRE as a Financial Analyst, primarily supporting the multifamily, office, healthcare and life science investment sales teams. While at CBRE he was involved with the acquisition, disposition, and underwriting of $3B of multifamily product and $500MM of Office, Industrial, and Medical Office product.
