Since becoming licensed in 2011, I have built my business around strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and helping clients maximize the value of their real estate investments. My experience spans residential, investment, and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on investment properties, mixed-use buildings, retail, redevelopment opportunities, and value-add assets. As an active real estate investor myself, I understand acquisitions from both the broker's and owner's perspective, allowing me to provide practical, data-driven guidance throughout every transaction. Beyond brokerage, I founded Sublime Staging, one of the Tampa Bay area's premier home staging companies, and was among the first in the region to incorporate virtual reality marketing into real estate. I also own and self-manage a portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties, giving me firsthand experience in property operations, leasing, and investment performance.
