Since joining the firm in June of 2015, Francis Saenz has risen through the ranks and now serves as a Senior Associate and co-leader of the Boston-North Team in the investment sales firm’s Massachusetts office. Francis has been with the firm for almost six years and has closed over $200 million in sales and over 90 transactions. While specializing in apartment buildings he has helped numerous clients strategize with retail, office & mixed-use buildings throughout Greater Boston. In 2020 Francis and his team announced the sale of the General Washington Apartments located at 625 Main Street in Reading, MA. The team represented the seller and procured the buyer for a $7,325,000 transaction. Francis has a background in economics and finance. Prior to joining Northeast Private Client Group®, he worked for a property management company and was focused on commercial retail centers while being a residential sales associate at Coldwell Banker. Francis has also been featured in a New England Regional Journal column about different market types. Outside of the office, Francis enjoys playing golf, the gym & traveling. In the future, he plans to invest in apartment buildings himself.
