Francis Purritano

Frank Purritano is a Senior Associate with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Frank joined the NNN Pro Group in 2019 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies including publicly traded REITs, public and private franchisors, franchisees, developers, amongst other noteworthy real estate investors. Since joining the NNN Pro Group, Frank has managed approximately 200 transactions totaling approximately $600 million in transactional volume. Most notably, Frank has assisted one of the nation’s most prominent private equity firms execute a multi-year acquisition and disposition program that has included over 35 properties and over $150 million in market value. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Frank interned for one of New York City’s largest private landlords, as well as one of New Jersey’s most active real estate development firms. He graduated from Middlebury College, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team.
