Francis Iannicca

Francis started his career in real estate through Westhaven Group’s Property Management division allowing him to quickly develop an interest in that field of work. He graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto completing a Bachelor of Commerce, Specialist in Finance, and a Minor in Economics. The knowledge Francis has obtained from both his academics and real-world property management experience has positioned him to surpass client needs and expectations. Born and raised in the GTA, Francis has had the opportunity to familiarize himself with the various regions part of the Golden Horseshoe helping to develop his interest in and knowledge of Southern Ontario’s numerous real estate markets. His ongoing work in property management and growing real estate career provides him with unique insights and perspectives of the markets around us. Francis values his hard work, attention to detail and strong communication skills. His genuine and professional attitude will establish strong, successful relationships with all he has the pleasure of interacting with.
