Franchesca Collins

Franchesca has lived all over the country, but once settling in Vermont - she can't imagine moving anywhere else. She understands what moves (both big and small) are like and how important it is to have someone looking out for you (and alternatively how stressful it can be without someone in your corner). Her goal is to educate and be there for her clients during each step of the process - no matter what day of the week or time of the day. She understands that these major decisions don't happen during standard business hours and is devoted to only being a phone call away. Franchesca has a keen eye for finding potential in a property and making spaces feel like home. She has always been passionate about hospitality and understands how to properly stage a home to showcase the natural beauty while still preserving the authenticity. In her personal time, Franchesca dedicates time to being involved in and enhancing her community. She organized one of the largest food drives for DHMC Hospital. She designs, creates and donates quilts to local charities that benefit Veterans and the homeless and when she is not working on her own home, she is involved in local community theatre. Franchesca is a licensed salesperson in Vermont and New Hampshire and is actively seeking new clients.
