Fouad Katan
Foo is a managing partner and co-founder of Stonebridge Global Partners, LLC. Mr. Katan spearheads Stonebridge operations and asset management, and works closely to identify acquisitions and provide regular management oversight across the portfolio. Prior to co-founding Stonebridge Global Partners in 2013, Mr. Katan has had many successful business ventures and remains a serial entrepreneur even today. He sold his first software company to the Dutch electronics group Philips, and took his next company, Bits Studios PLC, public on AIM in the UK. With a vast experience in starting and managing businesses as well as negotiating and closing transactions with international companies such as Sony, Nintendo, Ladbrokes, Universal, Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, Taito, Microgaming and many others across the US, Europe, Africa and Asia. Mr. Katan first started investing, co-owning and asset managing over 350 units, across various Section 8 projects in 2007.
