Ford Fitts

Ford’s experience in the commercial real estate industry spans a decade as he has worked in consulting, brokerage and development for a wide range of clients. Prior to joining ACRE, Ford worked for a full-service real estate development company for 5 years specializing in retail and restaurant development across the Southeast. Ford led acquisition efforts for over 40 completed retail developments throughout the Southeast working through site identification, contract negotiation, due diligence, financial analysis, and preconstruction. In addition to his development experience, Ford has worked with various national retail clients in a tenant representation role assisting with market strategy, site selection, and deal execution. Ford received his BA degree in History from The University of Alabama and is an active member in ICSC.
