Floyd Wilhelm

Floyd holds the record at Countywide for the largest farm/ranch property ever sold. He specializes in Farm and Ranch properties, but also enjoys Residential work. He has a very loyal following of customers and clients. Floyd won Lockhart Post-Register’s Best Realtor in 2018. He has lived in Lockhart all of his life. Floyd graduated from Lockhart High School and attended Texas State in San Marcos, Texas. Until 2015, Floyd also worked tirelessly in the family business, Chisholm Trail BBQ; but now, he dedicates all of his work hours to the Real Estate business. Many have purchased their first home or some land from Tinker! He is married to Paula Blackwell Wilhelm. They enjoy sight-seeing and grandkids. Floyd has two children; Chris Wilhelm and his wife Becca of Dallas, Texas and Sara Wilhelm, of Lockhart, Texas. He’s also the proud Grandfather of Elizabeth, Aaron and Noah Wilhelm and Domynic Graves. When Floyd is not selling.
