Mr. King is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Building Contractor responsible for the day-to-day operation of Morgar Realty. He is a Washington & Lee University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics engineering. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management, including office, warehouse, and storage properties, and more than 25 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and residential construction, including field supervision, project development, and project management. His project experience includes warehouses, office buildings, shopping centers, residential construction, commercial nuclear power plants, and naval shipyard construction. Mr. King has gained experience in the Navy Nuclear Submarine program, electric utility plant management, and real estate development and construction industries.
