Fischer Davis

Fischer joined Drake in 2023 to help spearhead and run the firm’s commercial multi-family sales division not long after his move to East Texas in 2021. Before joining Drake, Fischer gained experience in the construction, ranch development and management, property management, and financial analysis spaces while working for various multi-family portfolios. He also spent three summers as a commercial deckhand on an open-water fishing vessel that hauled in over a million pounds of sockeye salmon in Bristol Bay, Alaska. In his spare time, Fischer loves competing in triathlons, fishing, traveling, and continuing to grow his own real estate portfolio in Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Chapman University.
