Her portfolio of clients over the years include Aberdeen Standard Investments, Aviva, British Land, intu and Legal & General. She has been involved in all stages of the leasing lifecycle from pre-letting of shopping centres to on-going asset management and re-purposing of assets. Prior to joining MMX, Filippa was a Senior Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate UK/Strutt & Parker where she had been for 13 years. Prior to that she spent time at Nelson Bakewell/NB Real Estate working in the retail management team there. She is a member of the RICS.
