With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Fil has extensive knowledge in both owner and tenant representation. His straight forward and detail-oriented approach has helped him successfully sell and lease numerous office, industrial and daycare properties. Fil has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), is an active member of Columbus Realtors and Kiwanis Club of Columbus, where he is a past president. Prior to joining ROI in 2007, Fil served as a commercial associate for both National Realty Services and DBS Development Company, respectively.
