Felipe Echarte

Felipe J. Echarte, Jr. serves as Senior Managing Director Investments, specializing in the multifamily market since 2001. Focusing on multifamily properties in South Florida, he has transacted more than $780 million in sales. Mr. Echarte’s expertise in investment strategies; analyzing investment scenarios; marketing properties; and locating investment opportunities has garnered his strong relationships with private and institutional investors. His results-driven disposition leads to client retention and extensive referrals. As a Director in the National Multi Housing Group, Mr. Echarte has been awarded seven National Achievement Award, six Gold Sales Achievement Award, and ten Sales Recognition Awards. Mr. Echarte heads The Kristol Group’s Dade County Division. Mr. Echarte is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance and Economics. He is married, has three boys and enjoys coaching youth sports, golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
