Felicia Coker joined Internacional in 2005 as Regional Property Supervisor for the Houston Region. Her career in multifamily real estate began in 1993 as a leasing agent with VMI before moving to Houston to work for Dinerstein Management Company in 1998. There, she rose to Executive Corporate Supervisor for a 2,100-unit portfolio before transitioning to RCA. At Internacional, Felicia has supervised student properties, workforce housing, mid-rise and garden-style apartments, and handled the lease up of four new properties from pre-construction, to stabilization, to disposition. Felicia’s management style instills a sense of spirit, teamwork, and pride among her associates. She is currently a candidate for Certified Apartment Manager designation.
