Eymon Binesh is an investment specialist in the firm's founding Palo Alto office. As a Managing Director, Eymon exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and retail properties throughout the country with a concentration in the Bay Area. Eymon started his career at Marcus & Millichap in July 2018, and successfully closed $100,000,000 of investment sales during his first year. Eymon holds the record for highest producing rookie in the 55-year history of Marcus & Millichap’s founding Palo Alto office. Notably, he was named Marcus & Millichap’s 2019 National Rookie of the Year out of over 80 offices nationwide and in Canada. Eymon has established himself as a market leader in the Bay Area. At the age of 26, Eymon became one of the youngest First Vice Presidents in the company's history. By 29, he was among the youngest to reach Senior Vice President. He has earned numerous awards including multiple National Achievement Awards, Sales Recognition Awards, the Rising Star Award, and the highly-coveted National Rookie of the Year.
