Evan Weir

Evan Weir is an investment sales broker specializing in value add retail properties in secondary and tertiary markets. He also has a lot of experience working with furniture retailers. Evan grew up in retail as a member of the 4th generation of the Weir’s Furniture family. His first job was at 14 years old working behind the candy counter at his family’s store. He went on to pursue a career in finance and investing. He started out as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked in corporate finance for the CFO of CoreLogic, a publicly traded real estate data firm. In 2024 he transitioned to commercial real estate. Evan is a natural salesman with strong financial acumen.
